This shaker is easy to use and clean, it mixes the product so well and looks great as well! Love it!

Works really well for me with a chilled double shot of espresso and a squirt of skinny caramel syrup. I make it up at home and take it to work for breakfast and it keeps me full until lunchtime. No unpleasant side effects like with other shakes and loving the fullness it gives me.

This is the first meal replacement shake I've actually enjoyed! It's light, not too sweet and easy to digest for someone lactose intolerant. A great source of protein as well as fibre. I've used it straight after a strength exercise session as a well balanced nutritional support, instead of protein powders, and as a protein boost to my breakfast cereal in milk or oats.

Love these shakes, gentle taste so I can mix in with other flavours but mostly I love the extra nutrition. I’ve been taking protein supplements for a while but they are just plain protein I don’t always have the time or energy to make sure I eat right - I love that these shakes have the extra protein plus more vitamins & nutrients!

I was looking for a great tasting chocolate protein powder that didn’t have nasty additives and a long list of ingredients.
Finally found it in the Enlighten Me shakes. Great tasting flavour, mixes easily and not sweet.
