1. Are the Enlighten Me Shakes gluten-free?
   We have not included any gluten-containing ingredients in this shake. They are currently being formally tested to see if they can be certified as a gluten-free product. Please check back again later for an update.
   
   
2. Are the Enlighten Me Shakes Fodmap Friendly?
   FODMAPs stand for fermentable oligosaccarides, disaccharides, monosaccharides and polyols, which are carbohydrates of different chain lengths that can be poorly absorbed by some individuals. The potential fodmaps in the Enlighten Me Shakes include inulin, broccoli and in the Chocolate flavoured shake, cacao. The Enlighten Me Shakes are currently being independently tested to see if we can be formally certified as Fodmap Friendly. Please check again later for an update.
   
   
3. Do you have individual sachets available for samples?
   Individual sample sachets are currently unavailable. Our pouches contain 7 serves, and we have a range of recipes available and invitations to Tasting Events - details available in the free Enlighten Me Products Community.
   
   
4. Can the Enlighten Me Shakes be mixed with milk?
   Yes! They blend seamlessly with milk and create a lovely creamy consistency.
