Delicious, light and a great start to the day

I am using the Enlighten Me shakes to support my protein intake as a perimenopausal woman, and love that they are so well made by Dr Angela. I've enjoyed one every morning for the last 10 days and felt fine. No big sugar hit (I'm used to a savoury brekkie) and my energy is sustained for hours. I prefer the chocolate flavour to vanilla. Both are easy to drink. Highly recommend. Great product.
