    I have tried many replacement shakes and was keen to add more protein to my diet. Seeing that this product was developed by a medical practitioner was worth trying it. Three days in and I love the product, especially as I am not a breakfast person. Would love it if it came in coffee flavour as well.

    They keep me satisfied from breakfast to lunch. Nice tasting. I feel the chocolate mixed better than the vanilla, however they are both tasty.
    Only thing I’m concerned about is one package only last 7 days. I do need to work on my mindset though to help me through.

Yes, one bag contains 7 servings as the feedback during the design process was that they preferred no single sachets (too much packaging) or jumbo sizing (feels like you'll never finish it and worries about freshness).
