• Vanilla flavour: Contains approximately 1.265g of lactose per 55g serve.
• Chocolate flavour: Contains approximately 1.155g of lactose per 55g serve.

The shakes also include lactase, an enzyme that helps break down lactose for easier digestion. For reference, most lactose-intolerant individuals can typically tolerate up to 15g of lactose per sitting. The next round of packaging will include updated nutritional information.
