Instead of dieting, what I tell them to do is they eat their biggest meal in the morning. And then at night, like all the busy ladies. This is what we do. We don't eat past 7 o'clock and we fast overnight, when we're sleeping. So we say, eat by 6 or 7 o'clock. But, if you go home and it's 6 or 7 o'clock and you haven't eaten yet, it's probably best to have a protein shake like this with probiotic in it. It's got your protein source, it's got everything in it. It's going to give you enough nutrition to go to bed and not eat a massive meal before you go to sleep. And that's the way I teach them. If you're busy, don't skip a meal but at least have smaller calories and nutritionally dense. Something that's low in sugar and very high in protein. 'Cause a lot of them do. They just don't have the time and energy to think about dinner. Or they're craving carbs and they're craving that energy hit because they haven't had enough protein throughout the day.

This is the first meal replacement shake I've actually enjoyed! It's light, not too sweet and easy to digest for someone lactose intolerant. A great source of protein as well as fibre. I've used it straight after a strength exercise session as a well balanced nutritional support, instead of protein powders, and as a protein boost to my breakfast cereal in milk or oats.

This is so great to hear, M! Yes, we designed it in mind with the low sweetness and low lactose content in mind - 1 gram per serve plus the added lactase and other digestive enzymes so, super glad to hear that it digests easily for you!
