The Enlighten Me Shakes have been formally tested and certified as gluten-free. The next round of packaging will feature an updated nutritional panel reflecting this certification.

Are the Enlighten Me Shakes FODMAP Friendly?
FODMAPs stand for fermentable oligosaccarides, disaccharides, monosaccharides, and polyols—carbohydrates that can be poorly absorbed by some individuals. The potential FODMAPs in the Enlighten Me Shakes include inulin, broccoli, and in the Chocolate-flavoured shake, cacao. The Enlighten Me Shakes are currently being independently tested to confirm whether they can be formally certified as FODMAP Friendly. Please check back for an update.

How much lactose is inside a serve of the Enlighten Me Shake?
The Enlighten Me Shakes have been formally tested for lactose content. The vanilla flavour contains 2.3 grams of lactose per 100 grams (approximately 1.265 grams per 55g serve). The Chocolate flavour contains 2.1 grams per 100 grams (approximately 1.155 grams per 55g serve). Additionally, our shakes include the digestive enzyme lactase, which helps break down the lactose present. For reference, many lactose-intolerant individuals are typically able to tolerate around 12 grams of lactose per meal. The next round of bags will feature updated packaging with the revised lactose content.

Do you have individual sachets available for samples?
Individual sample sachets are not yet available. However, each bag contains 7 serves, and we offer a variety of recipes to help you adjust the flavour, consistency, and texture to suit your personal preferences. You can easily experiment with different combinations to create a shake that fits your taste perfectly!
